What can I do if Workers Comp fixed one problem, but didn't fix the other and the dr. released me back to work

I still have the other problem, which is extremely painful. However the Dr said everthing is okay. This problem is directly related to the problem they fixed. This problem was an initial complaint also. I am working but it is killing me. I'm not a freeloader, I just want the problem fixed. Honestly.
