What can I do?

I work as an optican in a new office. I am the only employee and the Dr. is the owner. I noticed that she is paying my regular hourly wage for my overtime, not time and a half. I work 6 days a week. (I live in Calif.) Is this legal? I brought it up to her and she said that overtime and reg. pay is all paid the same there. What should I do? I'm not very confrontational and it's hard since it is just her and I in the office. Advice?
