what can I do to get started?

i heard about Medical Center Hospital in Odessa TX taking students that want to be nurses and paying their college if they sign a contract to work for them? is this true? i really want to do this i could'nt get any information about it off the internet so where do i go, i doubt the hospital would take calls like this so how do i find out about it. i'm out of state i plan on moving back to Texas.
